Taitung, Taiwan
Following two research trips to Taiwan, Gary began an agricultural partnership in 2012 with local doctor Ginn S. Lee to produce Hong Kuai and Xiang Mao essential oils on a scenic property in the Taitung region. These two essential oils are some of the rarest in the world and are deeply significant to Taiwanese citizens. Fort Nelson, BC Canada Northern Lights farm will distill black spruce, ledum, yarrow, and other botanicals. As part of our commitment to sustainability, this scenic farm will also be the site of continuous reforestation of the trees we harvest, including the black spruce trees which are crucial for popular oil blends like Valor.
